Posted on Dec 20, 2008 under SF News, Uncategorized, science | No CommentOk…so even if it was a really cool opening sequence for Star Trek’s trailer…obviously in “real life†it would have been hard for Young Kirk to jump out of a beautiful car careening over a cliff and he drags himself up. Adam Weiner, took up the science and calculated what would happen and how much force it would take Young Kirk to hold on and not get flattened by Gravity. Young Kirk would have to battle 877 lbs. of force with his fingers.
