hello to all, here we have a plank on frame billings kit, wasa 1628, swedish man of war, my wife brought me this kit well over 20 years ago, it sat there for a couple of years while i built a couple of other artesania latina kits then started on this kit, quite a challenge, ive spent 360 hours on this and i imagine that stepping the masts and rigging on this beauty would take some more considerable time, it has sat for at least the last ten years untouched, would like to finish but time and other comitments wont allow, wife says keep for the young bloke, but hes not interested, i imagine it could be finished and enjoyed by confident modeler,the paint scheme is not as per the plans but i wasnt planning on selling this at the time. this kit at the time was 320, hopefully someone else with the skill can finnish and appreciate this model. i also have a shapercraft model no 1000 electric fret saw made in england, i paid 100 for it some years ago, its in excellent condition, i will throw it in if it reaches the buy it now price, cheers.price childs kids
